Cacoa is made by pressing the fat out of ground cocao beans from the Theobroma Cao tree. This powder can often be heavily processed into drinking chocolates and coco powders but it can also be left raw and unprocessed as cacao/cocoa powder. This cacao powder contains lots of micronutrients and antioxidants that not only protect your health but can boost your mood. If you prefer, you can opt for an organic cocao powder which means the cocoa beans were grown according to organic practices without any fertilisers or pesticides. Choose your cacao
