At Sassy Organics, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We offer a 30 day return policy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, and we're here to help if something isn't quite right.
Faulty or Defective Products
Sassy Organics offers a 30 day return policy where the product does not meet the consumer guarantee, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. The 30 days is calculated from the day the product is received by you.
Notify Us Promptly
If you receive a faulty item, please notify us as soon as you receive your order.

General Product Enquiry
If any of the items purchased at Sassy Organics fail to meet your expectations, we will raise your concern with the product supplier on your behalf.
We understand that sometimes a product may not work as expected for you. Whether it's a skin reaction, an unexpected result, or simply not what you anticipated, we're here to help find a solution.
Our team will work directly with the product supplier to address your concerns and find the best resolution for your situation.
Please note: Resolving product enquiries may take a few days as we coordinate either directly with the brands or through our distributors. We appreciate your patience during this process and will keep you updated every step of the way.

Change of Mind
Sassy Organics offers a 30 day return policy for change of mind. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it to us within 30 days after you received it for your choice of exchange or full refund.
What You Can Expect

- Original delivery costs excluded from refund
- Cost of shipping back an unwanted product is not refundable
Return Requirements
- Products must be unopened
- In original box and packaging
- Sealed and unmarked
- Suitable for restocking and sale as brand new
Products That Don't Qualify for Refund
Please ensure your returned products meet our requirements. Items that don't qualify will be held until you arrange redelivery.
Any product returned which is received damaged, opened, used or otherwise blemished will not qualify for a refund and will be held until the buyer pays for redelivery.
Please note: Returned products that do not qualify for a refund which are held for more than 30 days where a buyer has failed to pay the redelivery fee, may be destroyed or otherwise disposed of by Sassy Organics.
Products Excluded from Change of Mind Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are not eligible for change of mind returns: underwear, period underwear, menstrual cups, reusable sanitary pads, feminine hygiene products, sexual wellness products, razors, razor blades, and face masks. We also cannot provide change of mind returns on gift cards.
Items That Won't Be Refunded
- Opened or unsealed products
- Used or partially used items
- Damaged packaging
- Blemished or marked products
- Items not in original packaging
How to Return Your Order

Step 2: Wait for Approval
We'll assess your request and advise whether to send the goods back to us.
Step 3: Package Securely
Ensure your parcel is securely packaged with both sender's address and our return address clearly displayed.
