Sassy Organics offers a 30 day return policy, where the product does not meet the consumer guarantee, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. 30 days is calculated from the day the product is received by you. If you receive a faulty item(s), you must notify us as soon as you receive your order. This can be done by writing to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or via Sassy Organics Resolution Centre. We will assess your claim and endeavour to address your concerns as soon as possible. You will be advised of the next step(s), including whether or not to send the goods back to us. Please do not send your purchased products back to the manufacturer. If you are asked to return the product to us, please mail it to the following address:

General product enquiry
If any of the items purchased at Sassy Organics fail to meet your expectations, we will raise your concern with the product supplier on your behalf. We will endeavour to remedy your concerns either by:
- Contacting the product supplier directly on your behalf;
- Replacing the product;
- Providing you with a refund; or
- Offering you an alternative solution.
Change of mind
Sassy Organics offers a 30 day return policy for change of mind. That means if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it to us within 30 days after you received it for your choice of exchange or full refund, excluding original delivery costs. If your product was over $100 and you qualified for FREE shipping, upon returning the product to us, shipping fee incurred by Sassy Organics will be deducted of the refund amount.
Please note that all returned products must be unopened, in their original box and packaging, sealed and unmarked, suitable for restocking and sale as a brand new item. Any product returned which is received damaged, opened, used or otherwise blemished will not qualify for a refund and will be held until the buyer pays for redelivery. Returned products that do not qualify for a refund which are held for more than 30 days where a buyer has failed to pay the redelivery fee, may be destroyed or otherwise disposed of by Sassy Organics. When returning the products to us, please ensure your return parcel is securely packaged and both sender’s address and Sassy Organics return address are clearly displayed on the outside of the parcel.
