Each 5g serve contains: Melissa officinalis (lemon balm) ext. dry conc. 200mg derived from dry leaf 2g, Passiflora incarnata (passionflower) ext. dry conc. 100mg derived from dry herb top flowering 1g, Malpighia glabra (acerola) ext. dry conc. 60mg derived from fruit 900mg equiv. ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 15mg, cocoa (theobroma cacao seed) powder 50mg, magnesium (from glycinate 525mg) 105mg, Bacillus coagulans MTCC 5856 Lactospore® 1 billion CFU

  • Mix 5 g (2.5 level 5 mL metric spoons) of powder in 200 ml of hot water and/or milk and consume immediately.
  • Take once daily, 30 minutes before bed, or as professionally prescribed.
  • Sleep Ritual™ can be taken with any other Beauty Chef product.
  • Store below 25°C in a dry place away from sunlight.
  • Always use a dry spoon.
