It is designed to support relaxation, sleep and digestive wellbeing when used as directed. It is not a sedative or a substitute for assessment of persistent sleep difficulties.
Mix 5 g—equal to two and a half level 5 mL metric spoonfuls—into 200 mL of hot water or milk once daily. Drink it around 30 minutes before bed. Use a metric measure rather than an eating spoon so the serving remains accurate and consistent.
Yes. Unlike many Beauty Chef powders and elixirs, Sleep Ritual is intended to be made as a hot drink. Its Bacillus coagulans probiotic is heat resistant, so hot or freshly boiled water can be used. Stir thoroughly, allow it to cool to a comfortable temperature and consume it as directed.
Sleep Ritual has no added caffeine, but its cacao provides approximately 11 mg of naturally occurring caffeine per serve. This is much less than a typical coffee, although sensitivity varies. If small amounts of caffeine affect your sleep, ask a health professional whether this nighttime formula is suitable for you.
