What’s a face primer you ask? As the name suggests, a face primer is applied to the skin after moisturiser but before foundation to prime and prepare the face for makeup. A primer helps to extend the wear time and lasting power of your liquid or powder foundation. There are many primer formulas out there, but we suggest being mindful of silicone-based primers that might clog the pores and prevent the skin from breathing throughout the day.
