Three-step routine

  1. Massage the stretch mark oil into the belly, hips, breasts and thighs daily, especially after bathing while the skin is still damp. Use from the first trimester through postpartum.
  2. Apply the magnesium body lotion to the shoulders, lower back, legs or other areas of tension or dryness. Use daily or before bed.
  3. Apply the nipple and belly butter to dry or sensitive areas including the belly, breasts and nipples. It does not need to be removed before breastfeeding.
