Wanderlust Plant Omega-3 is a high-strength vegan omega-3 supplement derived from sustainably sourced marine microalgae. Each capsule provides 1,000 mg of algal oil, delivering 365 mg DHA and 100 mg EPA.

DHA supports cognitive function and brain health, while DHA and EPA support heart health and nervous system function. DHA also supports healthy foetal development and pregnancy health.

Active ingredients per capsule:
DHA rich schizochytrium algal oil 1000 mg, equivalent to docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 365 mg and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 100 mg.

Other ingredients:
Mixed (low-alpha type) tocopherols concentrate, modified food starch, glycerol and purified water. Contains soya beans.

Directions:
Adults: For cognitive function, brain health and nervous system health, take one capsule daily. For heart health or pregnancy health, take two capsules daily. Take with a main meal or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Warnings:
Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester. Contains soya beans. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.

Storage:
Store below 25°C in a cool dry place. Do not use if cap seal or inner seal is missing or broken.
