Mix 15 ml with 250 mL of water and consume immediately. It tastes like a (healthy!) cola when mixed with sparkling water.

Energy Boost is a fermented liquid containing B vitamins and selected adaptogenic herbs to support normal energy metabolism, nervous-system function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Morning or early-afternoon use, preferably before 3 pm, is recommended because the B vitamins may feel stimulating for some people and late use could interfere with sleep. Sensitivity varies. If you notice restlessness, stop use or move it earlier and seek professional advice if symptoms continue.
Shake well, then mix one tablespoon (15 mL) into 250 mL of chilled or room-temperature water once or twice daily, preferably with food. Avoid hot liquids. Refrigerate after opening and use within 45 days to maintain the freshness and integrity of the fermented formula.
