Sassy Organics sends express orders using Australia Post Express eParcel. This is our faster delivery option, but Express eParcel is not covered by Australia Post’s Next Business Day Guarantee.
Australia Post currently estimates 1–2+ business days within Victoria and 1–3+ business days interstate after dispatch. Actual delivery times depend on the destination and network conditions.

Packed with less waste
Plastic-free online order packaging since 2019.
We pack online orders with recyclable kraft paper, locally sourced cardboard boxes and biodegradable paper tape, while keeping unnecessary packing material to a minimum.
Since removing plastic satchels and plastic packing tape from our online orders in 2019, we estimate that more than 500 kilograms of avoidable plastic packaging has been prevented.

When will my Sassy Organics order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 1pm Melbourne time from Monday to Friday are dispatched that business day. Orders placed after 1pm, on weekends or on public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

How long does delivery usually take?
After dispatch, Australia Post estimates Parcel Post at 2–4 business days within Victoria and 3–6 business days interstate. Express eParcel is estimated at 1–2+ business days within Victoria and 1–3+ business days interstate. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
Is Express delivery guaranteed to arrive the next business day?
No. Sassy Organics uses Australia Post Express eParcel, which is not covered by Australia Post’s Next Business Day Guarantee. Choose Express for faster delivery, but use the estimated timeframe and tracking as your guide.
Will I receive tracking for my order?
Yes. We email your tracking number when your parcel is dispatched so you can follow its progress with Australia Post.
Does Sassy Organics deliver internationally?
