Sassy Organics Delivery Information

Sassy Organics in an online store, located in Melbourne, Victoria.

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $100 Australia wide and express shipping at an additional cost, as outlined below. Orders placed by 1:00 pm between Monday and Friday will be dispatched on the same day. If you order is received after 1:00 pm, it will be shipped the following morning. All orders received on the weekend including public holidays will be shipped next business day. We will ship your items using our preferred carrier Australia Post. You will receive a confirmation email that you order is on its way including your tracking number.

Under $100 - $7.95 standard delivery

Delivery cost will appear directly under each product. During checkout, you will have the option to select standard delivery or express delivery if you would like you parcel to be delivered sooner. 


Express shipping

 Flat Rate - $14.95 express delivery


Australia Post Delivery Estimated Times

Standard shipping

The following delivery times are only an estimate and you should note that depending on your location items can take less then the stated times below or more in reaching you. Delivery time within country regions are usually longer. Sassy Organics uses third party carriers, Australia Post for shipping the orders and therefore can only provide estimated dates of delivery. We can not be liable for late deliveries due to our carrier’s parcel processing times. 

Up to 2 business days - Melbourne

Up to 2 - 3 business days - Adelaide, Canberra and Sydney

Up to 3 - 4 days - Brisbane and Hobart

Up to 4 business days - Country Victoria

Up to 6 business days - Perth


Express shipping

Please note that Australia Post guarantees Next business day delivery on all parcels that fall within Express Post delivery network. However, if your postcode falls outside the Express delivery network, it might take a little longer for your order to reach you. You can learn more about Express Post delivery network here. Please note the next business delivery day is applied from the time that your parcel is shipped by Australia Post.
