Sassy Organics is an online store located in Melbourne, Victoria. We use Australia Post and other trusted carriers to deliver orders Australia-wide and internationally, all wrapped in eco-friendly packaging.
Shipping Costs
We offer affordable shipping options for all Australian orders, with free standard delivery on orders over $100.
Standard Shipping
- Orders over AU $100.00 — FREE
- Orders under AU $100.00 — AU $8.00
Express Shipping
- All orders — AU $15.00 flat rate
Dispatch Times
We pride ourselves on fast order processing. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.
Before 1pm (Mon–Fri)
Same day dispatch for all orders placed before 1:00pm AEST.
After 1pm (Mon–Fri)
Following morning dispatch for orders placed after 1:00pm AEST.
Weekends & Public Holidays
Orders dispatched on the next business day.

We ship to select international destinations. Shipping costs are calculated by weight at checkout.
International orders are shipped via Australia Post International. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.
USA Shipping: We have temporarily suspended shipping to the USA. Once shipping to the USA is resumed, we will update this page accordingly.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

Lost Parcel
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we'll investigate with Australia Post on your behalf.
Damaged Parcel
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us as soon as you receive your parcel so we can arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

We're committed to sustainability in everything we do, including how we pack and ship your orders.
In 2020, we removed all plastic from our packaging—including satchels and tape. As a result, we have saved over 500 kg of plastic from entering the environment. Every order is now wrapped in eco-friendly kraft paper and shipped in locally sourced cardboard boxes.
