It works as a lightweight leave-on exfoliating essence, helping improve the appearance of dull texture, visible pores, congestion and uneven tone while adding hydration. Lactic acid and fruit-derived AHAs are combined with niacinamide, aloe vera and a prebiotic/probiotic complex, so the formula offers more than a traditional toner.
It performs both roles, but it is best understood as an exfoliating essence. Apply it after cleansing to refresh and resurface the complexion, then continue with serum and moisturiser rather than rinsing it away.
Press 4–5 drops into freshly cleansed skin with clean palms, morning or evening. Once absorbed, follow with your chosen serum and moisturiser; applying it by hand also avoids losing product into a cotton pad.
The formula is designed for normal, dry, oily, combination, mature, sensitive and blemish-prone complexions. It is especially useful when the skin looks dull, textured or congested, or when visible pores and uneven tone are key concerns.
Choose Kakadu Brightening Serum when pigmentation, sun spots and uneven tone are the priority. Choose Restore Serum when dryness, loss of suppleness and the appearance of fine lines are more important.
