Sassy Organics offers a 30 day Returns and Refund Policy, where the product does not meet the consumer guarantee, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. 30 days is calculated from the day the product is shipped to you.
If you receive a faulty item(s), you must notify us as soon as you receive your order. This can be done by writing to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org We will assess your claim and endeavour to address your concerns as soon as possible. You will be advised of the next step(s), including whether or not to send the goods back to us. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If any of the items purchased at Sassy Organics fail to meet your expectations, we will raise your concern with the product supplier on your behalf. We will endeavour to remedy your concerns either by:
- Contacting the product supplier directly on your behalf;
- Replacing the product;
- Providing you with a refund; or
- Offering you an alternative solution.
Change of mind
Please note Sassy Organics will not offer refunds or replacement for ‘Change of mind’ and ask that you carefully make your selection when shopping and be mindful of our returns and refund policy when making your purchase. Thank you.
