Tenina's Acai Coconut Smoothie Bowl

This recipe was contributed by the beautiful Tenina from Cooking With Tenina – a thermomixing genius, a sucessful author and a genuinely passionate woman! 

You will need:

1 banana, frozen in chunks

200g raspberries, or other red berries of choice, frozen

200g greek yoghurt or non dairy milk of choice

60g coconut butter

Handful baby spinach leaves (go for it)

3 tbsp Acai Berry Blend powder

50g Chia Seeds

Garnishes: pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, more Acai Berry Blend powder, shredded coconut and berries of choice

Then:

Place all ingredients except garnishes into the Thermomix bowl or other high powered blender and blend 20 sec/speed 8 stopping to scrape down sides of bowl and lid as necessary. Divide between bowls and garnish with whatever takes your fancy.
